Monitoring Wells

We can install monitoring wells varying from 1" all the way up to 4" to fit your needs.

Well Abandonment

Landcore Drilling can properly decommission dug or drilled wells. We will remove existing equipment, well casing or tiles and properly seal the well according to strict MOE (Ministry of the Environment) abandonment regulations.

Single and Double Packer Testing

Hydraulic Testing (Packer Testing) consists of lowering a packer tool down through the casing to a specific depth. The rubber packers are designed to inflate using nitrogen gas, as the packer inflates it creates an impermeable seal between the packer and the borehole.

High pressure water is then pumped down the hole at 5 minute intervals to determine the hydraulic conductivity of the aquifer.
